Jack continues to work on the Jabot takeover but Ashley still refuses to give him her proxy. Meanwhile, Gloria tells Michael that she won't recant her testimony against River. Later, Gloria over plays her hand with Ashley and Ashley realizes that Gloria is Jack's silent partner.

At the coffeehouse, Jana makes a joking comment to Kevin about needing a scooter and thinks about the money of Kay's he found. Amber becomes suspicious of Kevin when he is over excited after learning that Kay left Amber a trust.

At the jail, Michael doesn't have time to tell River that Gloria has changed her mind about recanting before the federal prosecutor arrives. Later, Amber tells Daniel that Gloria paid Kevin to do something to Kay. When Gloria arrives at the coffeehouse, she calms Kevin's fears about his involvement with tricking Kay by giving him money.

At the bookstore, Lily, Roxanne and Devon try to figure out who "Sonny Crawford" is. Lily tells him to meet her in the "M"s just as Billy arrives and gets her text. Later, Billy is furious when he realizes that Chloe followed him to the bookstore.

While Karen and Ana make cookies, Tyra and Neil are getting so work done. Tyra's longing for Neil is evident.

Jack tries to explain himself to Ashley but when she still doesn't buy it he tries to use their father to manipulate her.

River tells the prosecutor about Gloria's testimony and he says that if Gloria can convince him of what happened then he will reduce the charges. River is ecstatic but Michael tells him that they can't rely on Gloria. Later, River believes Gloria will come through for him.

Daniel sees Kevin checking out vehicle sights and calls him on it. Kevin lies saying he is buying Jana a gift on credit. He is convincing and Daniel backs down, admitting Amber put thoughts in his mind. Later, Daniel tells Amber to drop her suspicions of Kevin but she refuses when she sees him pull out a large wad of cash for Jana's gift.

Chloe reminds Billy that if he blows the whistle on her, Lily will know they had a relationship too. Meanwhile, as Lily is waiting in the M section, she and Cane run into each other. For a moment Lily thinks that Cane is "Sonny" but sees all the books for babies in his arms. She tells Cane she is meeting someone and he should go as she is rounding the corner she runs into Billy.

Ashley finally agrees to give Jack her proxy.

Kevin gives Jana a new scooter as Daniel and Amber look on.

Lily tells Billy that she doesn't want to love Cane anymore. Cane sees Lily crying in Billy's arms.
